Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items like deodorant or body bars cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via our website portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items—ideally using the original plastic-free shipping materials—attach the provided label, and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location.
